    are you planning to open a restaurant to sell these dishes in Japan?

    We saw a viet restaurant in Japan, next to the Jap. Theater, near the fish market - but wonder what the food taste like?ahhaha

      Done that for about a year now; but not as independent Vietnamese restaurants; rather it's a co-op with corporate dinning halls.

      No pho*? in Japan though!

      Ba'nh Xe`o is the biggest hit: a 14 inch diameter ba'nh xe`o plus 2kgs of herbs & garnish is sold for nearly $100; an additional ba'nh xe`o is at no charge. Serving is intended for 2.
